Stopped by while walking along the strip and smelled that sweet tangy deliciousness in the air! I grabbed a plate of the pulled pork nachos. Dummy good. I ended up eating half my girls chilli too, it was full of meat and really hearty. Will probably stop here whenever I'm in Vegas from now on.

Awesome Service! Had the "Pig Out" for TWO! BBQ Pork Spare Ribs, Texas Beef Brisket, Carolina Pulled Pork, BBQ Chicken, Two sides & Cornbread & some cold draft beer. Soooo delicious, we may go back again tomorrow! While in Vegas check it out!

If you love BBQ, you must go to Virgil's! Huge shoutout to Gabby--she was absolutely phenomenal, handling our group with patience and a great attitude! Unfortunately, after her shift change, our new server was barely around, and we had to flag down other waitstaff to get what we needed. Now, onto the good stuff--the food! My friends shared The Pig Out, which had a little bit of everything: ribs, brisket, pulled pork, chicken, cornbread, and two sides. It was more than enough for three people with leftovers! My BF and I shared the Texas beef brisket, which also came with cornbread and two sides. We chose barbecue fried rice and sweet corn, and all I can say is BOMB.com! So flavorful, juicy, and absolutely delicious! If you're in the mood for some seriously good BBQ, I highly recommend Virgil's!

If you find yourself walking down the prominade off of the LINQ hotel after a late night of gambling lookout for Virgil's. I've been keeping track of unbelievable regional BBQ joints from Nashville, Austin, Atlanta and Jacksonville. Virgil's is now at the top of that list. They offer the largest beef ribs I've ever seen and the brisket must have been made by a heavenly angel. And the Mac and Cheese is the best I've had. Sorry mom. Wait to ride the High Roller observation wheel and look for Virgil's Matt says you'll be glad you did.

Came here the weekend of my daughters cheer comp, i have to say its very hard to find a barbeque spot thats truly amazing but this place blew my expectations everything they had was amazing the dining experience the service everything was great !

Austin our server was amazing and the food was wonderful! Lively and cool spot! Will be back!

Franquisha "Frankie" went above and beyond. She was very helpful and gave good recommendations. Will come back when in town for her hospitality alone! Thank you for being welcoming to my group

This was our second time going to Virgil's. This time we tried happy hour and sat at the bar. The bartender was super friendly and fun. I opted out of any happy hour food meals and went for the salmon. I did have a few drinks off the happy hour menu. My husband went for the HH tacos. The salmon was delicious! Perfectly seasoned. The brisket tacos were so good I think we had 5 or 6 tacos before HH ended. We will be back here for sure next time we go to Vegas.

I originally wanted to come to Virgil's for their happy hour nachos, but I ended up coming here at dinner time and got their smoked veggie sandwich instead. The bread was very good, but really everything was delicious about it! It came with portobello mushrooms and it was so smoky my eyes were nearly watering! As for sides, the options were potato salad and coleslaw (which I chose) or French fries. My stomach was very satisfied with this meal. As for service, it was fine, but the guy who brought my food out was very nice. On my visit, I was seated right in front of a band that was playing that night, so it was very loud. I hope to come back to try more of their food options!
